Terms of Use

Effective 4 November 2026. By downloading, installing or using Sivvo you agree to these terms.

1. License. Sivvo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not distribute, sell, rent or modify it, bypass the license or version limits, or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.

2. Demo. The free demo works until 4 December 2026, including translation of up to 5 PDF documents. After that date a paid license is required.

3. Subscription and payment. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, which also handles the taxes of your country; we never see your card details. The price is shown before you pay. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the link in your receipt e-mail or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal; the software keeps working until the end of the paid period. A lifetime license (when offered) is paid once and does not renew.

4. Refunds. Not happy? You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us or Lemon Squeezy. Any additional withdrawal rights your local consumer law gives you remain in force.

5. Machine translation. Translations are produced automatically and may contain errors. Do not rely on them alone for legal, medical, financial, military, safety-related or official documents; have such documents checked by a qualified translator.

6. Third-party services. To translate, Sivvo uses external translation services (currently Google Translate and MyMemory), which follow their own terms; their availability is outside our control.

7. Age. Sivvo is intended for people aged 16 and over, or younger with a parent's consent.

8. Liability. The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable but do not guarantee it will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Sivvo in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

9. Privacy. See the privacy policy.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the website or by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with jurisdiction in the courts of Israel. If you are a consumer elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protections of your country still apply.
